ABOUT US:

The Free Sacred Trinity Church (FSTC) offers career opportunities to individuals interested in a holistic approach to the mind, body and spiritual well-being.  Our non-denominational Church has been operating healing ministries since 1976. FSTC is a non-denominational Church rooted in early Judeo-Christian doctrine.  The Church's primary ministry is one of healing carried out at its Mission, the Optimum Health Institute.  At OHI's San Diego and Austin holistic health centers, FSTC promotes spiritual and physical healing by teaching ancient spiritual disciplines to align the mind, body and spirit.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a professional, energetic, well-organized individual with strong follow-up skills and a positive attitude to join us in the position of Office Assistant. This position would be great for a mother looking to work on a part-time basis.  If this describes you, then you're just the person we're looking for to work with us for 20 - 25  hours a week!  This position reports to the Executive Assistant to the CEO.

The responsibilities of the Office Assistant will include, but are not limited to, all front-desk functions, including greeting visitors, screening incoming calls and taking messages when necessary.  With minimal supervision, the successful candidate will also be responsible for sorting and delivering mail, packages and faxes, general office administrative tasks for all departments, ordering supplies, keeping the training room calendar, maintenance and upkeep of the office and assisting with special projects when needed.  This position requires independent judgment, excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.



REQUIREMENTS:

Qualified candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a minimum of five (5) years of general office experience.  This individual must also be proficient with all of the Microsoft Office Applications.  As this position may require errands out of the office, qualified individuals must have transportation with automobile insurance. Must be able to work until 2:30 pm (at least). This position has the potential for career growth so we prefer candidates who would like to grow within our organization. NO College Students please.

Compensation: $11.60-$14.50 per hour DOE
