Office Manager/Administrative Manager

Spherion the leader in providing integrated recruiting and staffing solutions has partnered with a leader in the pet healthcare industry.  This industry leader currently has an opening for an Office /Administrative Manager for their corporate headquarters located in West LA. The person in this role will be responsible for managing the administrative staff and assisting other departments with various projects and tasks.  Your responsibility will also include oversight of the accounting database and other projects related to the financial reporting process and act as a liaison between the Audit Committee and external auditors.   The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and Visio), be a self starter and a team player but also have to ability to work independently.   If you are looking for a great opportunity with a proven business leader please forward your resume as a MS Word document to seanwatson@spherion.com for immediate consideration.
