Office Manager II

The Office Manager II will oversee the clerical and front office functions of the Dental Division. Hires, trains and manages Financial Counselors, Ambulatory Clinical Reps and secretarial support for the division. Ensures that all aspects of clerical functions, appointment scheduling, billing packet preparation and patient flow are well managed. Collaborates with the physician division head and the Patient Care Services Manager for each division. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Must have at four years of related experience in a medical office or clinic. One year of lead experience in a medical office/clinic setting. One year of experience in a supervisory or office manager capacity preferred.
