CSG, a leading provider of mental health, mental retardation, children’s and eldercare services has an Office Support Staff opportunity in our in our mental retardation residential program office.

CSG provides community group homes to individuals with mental retardation/developmental disabilities. In Community Living Arrangements, individuals live together and receive support from trained, experienced and dedicated staff.

The goal of our residential programs is to encourage and assist individuals to achieve their greatest potential of independent living. The number of residents in each home and the level of supervision vary based on the needs of the individuals living there.

 

 

Job Description



 

The Office Support Staff person is responsible for general office duties in accordance with Community Services Group policies and procedures.

 

Job Duties

 

Computer/data entryFilingAnswering the telephone Maintaining forms to include ordering of forms & inventoryMaintain accurate information in individual or employee files utilizing the filing guidelines based on program regulationsProcessing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing for client services Provides customer service to both internal and external customers while maintaining CSG’s core values and mission statementOperation of basic office equipment to include:  photocopier/scanner, fax machine, computer, and telephonePerforms other duties as assigned



 Job Requirements

 

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.  Previous experience and/or training in an office setting is essential. 



 

 Condition of Employment

 

Must be willing and able to travel

Must be able to flex hours as needed, occasionally evenings may be required

Must pass criminal background and child abuse clearances

 

 

 Desirable Experience

 

Previous work experience in an office setting

Knowledge of mental health (MH) or mental retardation (MR) systems is preferred
