On-Going Service Coordinator

HTA of New York, a division of Sunhealthcare Group, Inc, seeks an On-Going Service Coordinator for the Bronx & upper Manhattan areas.

HTA of New York is a leading provider of rehabilitative, educational and social services fro the pediatric population and rehabilitative services for adults. The On-going Service Coordinator opening is a full-time position located in HTAS of New York's Manhattan office. 

The Candidate must demonstrate knowledge & understanding of the following areasInfants & toddlers who may be eligible for Early Intervention ServicesState & Federal laws & regulations pertaining to the Early Intervention ProgramPrinciples of family centered servicesThe nature & scope of services available under the Early Intervention Program & the system of payments for services by the State.Bilingual Spanish is a real plus!

Requirements include a Bachelors degree in a health or human services fieldTwo years experience in service coordination activities or one year experience as a coordinator & additional experience in a service setting with infants & toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities.

Our Early Intervention program is funded & regulated by the NY State Department of Health & in NYC by the NYC Department of Health & Mental Hygiene.
