General Summary:
Coventry’s On-Track Development Program offers individuals an opportunity to grow and move into a supervisor, management or professional capacity role within the organization. During this program within the Customer Service Operations, you will go through a series of rotational assignments allowing you to gain the knowledge, skills and experience needed to assume more challenging roles. Rotations may also include other functional areas of Coventry Health Care. Advancement through the rotations and into increasingly more responsible positions is dependent on your performance.
Job Requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree (GPA: 3.0 or better) Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Microsoft Powerpoint and/or Microsoft Access or other database applications a plus Demonstrated leadership potential Strong listening and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
