COMPENSATION:

 

Base salary of $50,000 to $60,000, plus guaranteed start-up commission.  First year expectations are $120,000 to $150,000.  You will have a choice of a company car or generous car allowance, expense account, health/dental insurance, 401k, etc.  Account Executives that exceed sales plan can earn $200k-$300k!!
