OR Manager

Assists the Sr. Director of Perioperative Services in developing and implementing strategic plans, program development, sound operating efficiency, and providing 24-hour operations of the surgery department in order to meet or exceed the patient, physician, or other pertinent customer's expectations. Assists in the selections, development and support of staff in order to maintain competence and high quality service or care.

Requirements: Current RN license from the State of Indiana; minimum of 5 years OR experience; Management/Supervisory experience.
