Operations Manager/Healthcare

HealthDrive is a growing healthcare services company specialized
in providing medical & dental services and products to the long term care community. We seek a hands-on Operations Manager to run our Warminster, PA practice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer
service teams by challenging and motivating direct reports to meet or exceed
their goals, building and maintaining close relations with our customers,
staff, and meeting financial goals.

Requirements: 2+ yrs experience in a management position along with a sales background, excellent verbal/written communication skills, and the ability and desire to meet measurable goals. BA/BS or MBA required.
