Operations Supervisor / 08-14854

Position Description:

The Operations Supervisor (located in Voorhees) is a position requiring professional skills, organizational skills and sound judgement. The Supervisor must maintain the ability to handle requests from multiple sources. This person will be responsible for the direct supervision of the support staff and is also responsible for the creation and maintenance of the work schedules of all support staff assuring appropriate coverage. This person will take the responsibility of assuring that all patient encounters are being recorded and billed and maintain statistical information regarding activity . This person will also act as a troubleshooter and will resolve issues as they arise and/or involve appropriate management personnel as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree and a minimum of two (2) years related professional experience; or Associates degree and a minimum of five (5) years related professional experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Computer experience necessary.Strong knowledge of EPIC scheduling preferred.Strong knowledge of third party reimbursement.Ability to interact professionally in complex and sometimes emotionally charged situations. Supervisory experience required.Ability to function efficiently and professionally with a minimum of supervision.Ability to quickly learn new procedures.
