Outbound Call Center/Contact Center Manager
Based in Lauderhill, FL, Community Blood Centers of South Florida, Inc. is a non-profit organization serving the residents of South Florida with a reliable, safe supply of much needed blood and blood products. We currently service over 100 hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe counties. Today CBCSF stands in the forefront of blood-collection facilities, not only in the State of Florida, but nationwide.
We are currently seeking an Outbound Call Center/Contact Center Manager to work in our Hialeah facility, located just off of I-75 or the Palmetto, convenient to both Dade and Broward counties.
Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Interview, hire, train and motivate employees; plan, assign, and direct work; conduct performance appraisals; address complaints and resolve problems.Coordinate and conduct training sessions for new hires, as well as provide continuing education and coaching for telerecruitment personnel. Track monthly production totals, and administer bonus program for achievement of individual and departmental goals.Perform and manage tasks related to office operations and recruitment activities
The successful individual will possess the following education/experience:
A Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university in a related field of study. 1-3 years of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experienceDetail-oriented with strong leadership and problem solving skillsBi-lingual English/Spanish helpful
