Yoh Health Care has an opportunity for a P/T Nurse Auditor (RN Code Reviewer) to join our customer in Islandia, New York, Nassau County. Job Responsibilities • Perform hospital/provider bill audits.  • Review provider charges for Re-pricing • Explain benefits, accuracy of CPT code assignments, and compliance with CPT usage guidelines and state regulatory statutes. • Report audit results and make reimbursement recommendations.Skills and Experience Needed • Must be familiar with N.Y. State Workers Compensation and Auto- No Fault Fee Schedule and DRGs and ICD-9. • Associates or Bachelor's degree in nursing required.  • At least 2 years clinical nursing experience.  • Clinical hospital experience in an ICU, CCU, ER or OR. • Valid drivers license required. • Excellent interpersonal skills and phone manners. • Ability to set priorities. • Ability to work independently. • Computer literacy required. • Certification a plus CCM, CPC, CCS, CLNC.  Discover all that’s possible with Yoh Health Care.
