PACT Team Psychiatrist (P/T)

Requisition #2903PACT Team Psychiatrist (P/T) (PACT, Jamaica Plain)Schedule: 24 hours per week, schedule to be arranged with team.Salary: Negotiated according to qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities:In conjunction with Team Leader, assume clinical responsibility for Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) a comprehensive program providing outreach-based treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to 65 adults with servere and persistent mental illesses, and co-occuring issues, e.g., substance abuse, homelessness, chronic medical illnesses.Provide direct psychiatric assessment and treatment as well as clinical oversight to RN's and other clinicians.Additional clinical opportunities available, include BU Medical School teaching affiliation. Qualifications:
Board-certified or Board-eligile in Psychiatry.MA license required.Prefer knowledge of community-based services, recovery-orientation.Ability to be flexible and creative. Driving License Required? Yes
