PART-TIME INTAKE COORDINATION SUPERVISOR
Monday-Friday, 20 Hours per week
11am-3pm

Partners in Care, a respected leader in home health care, has an immediate opportunity for an experienced, customer-service oriented individual to assure client satisfaction and optimize company growth through timely and appropriate responses to client requests for services and information. In this position, you will be responsible for the intake of incoming referrals/inquiries to the Private Care Department.

You will use telemarketing and follow-up techniques to convert inquiries to requests for service, follow-up on all Web-referrals received with the goal of conversion to active patient status, accurately complete inquiry and intake forms for all service requests and forward information to appropriate departmental personnel.

Requires High School diploma or equivalency. Bachelor's degree preferred. Two (2) years related work experience which includes distributing work assignments preferably in a health care or social service setting required. MUST HAVE excellent customer service and organizational skills, excellent problem solving abilities, ability to write clearly, excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
