PATIENT CARE MANAGER
Beacon of Hope Hospice of Iowa, INC, is managed by National Hospice Management, INC, a multi-state hospice company that is well established and rapidly expanding. We are currently recruiting for a Patient Care Manager to oversee the clinical operations of our branch in Galesburg, IL.
Minimum requirements for this position:Licensed RN BSN degree preferredAt least 3 years of managerial experience in healthcareExcellent leadership, verbal and written communication, computer and interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations
Patient Care Managers report directly to the General Manager of Beacon of Hope and are responsible for leading the Interdisciplinary Group towards providing excellent patient care.
