REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:MINIMUM 3-5 YEARS PROGRAMMER/DEVELOPER EXPERIENCE AT CORPORATE LEVEL (PREFERABLY IN HEALTH CARE INDUSTRY) EXPERT IN PHP & ABILITY TO WRITE CODE EXPERIENCED IN .NET, EDI, XML & WEB SERVICES ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND DATA BASE AND DESIGN DATABASE DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE WITH MYSQL HIPAA EXPERIENCE STRONG WORK ETHIC WITH A PASSION FOR EXCELLENCE STRONG COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS
