PLASTIC SURGERY FIRM SEEKS AN OUTSTANDING SALES PROFESSIONAL TO JOIN OUR TEAM

Under the general direction of the Office Manager, the Physician Consultant maximizes traffic flow  through relationship building activities to include personal consultations, follow-through Client-contact, and interacting with Clients and Patients.

This position does not provide medical advice nor practices medicine.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

 

Engages in personal consultations with clients, sharing relevant information regarding procedures. 

Upholds and presents a polished, professional image at all times, to include, attire, verbal communications, and job performance.

Probes Clients in a non-offensive way that surfaces desires, concerns and objections. Shares what we can offer, Patient testimonials, and information to address the desires, concerns or objections of the Clients. 

Works with all office staff to ensure that opportunities to understand and meet Patients’ current and future desires for procedures are maximized.

Develops each and every lead from initial consultation to post-consultation follow through.

Asks Clients and Patients for referrals to our center. 

Trusted to offer discounts within approved parameters.

Arranges for the Patient to meet the medical staff and schedules procedure appointments within the guidelines set forth by the office staff.

Consistently assess openings within the Schedule to be able to service Clients and optimize the Doctors’ schedules.

Performs administrative tasks such as completing origination paperwork for Patients, processing of payments, and internal workflows. 

Demonstrates flexibility and teamwork in managing Client and Patient flow in a way that meets the needs of the dynamic traffic flow of the Center at any given time.

Models corporate values and “do whatever it takes” approach to achieve organizational objectives without compromising medical care, patient experience, or fiscal responsibility.

Constantly assess patient flow, wait times, and schedules.  Takes action to resolve delays and maximize patient comfort. 

Always returns Client and Patient phone calls in the parameters set forth by the organization.

May develop relationships within the community to establish a presence and ask for leads. 

Monitors intranet postings and bulletin boards to understand and be able to respond to Clients regarding the latest trends.

Continuously searches for, recommends and implements improvements to patient experience.

Communicates with colleagues in roles of similar responsibility to exchange ideas, troubleshoot and learn best practices.

Acts with integrity to maintain patient confidentiality and maximize doctor and patient satisfaction.

May be cross-trained to fulfill the responsibilities of other office staff.

Performs related duties and activities as requested.

Experience

Professional level experience in a sales or service environment, preferably offering elective products or services

Proven track record in meeting performance objectives
