We offer a comfortable, fun and quality work environment Responsible for the supervision of the delivery of care and directing care to residents/patients on a specific nursing unit in accordance with nursing assessment plans, diagnosis, physician orders, and care plans and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations. Manages a team of licensed nurses and CNAs to provide these services. Responsible for 24-hour coordination of the delivery of services and quality assurance of appropriate and timely care interventions for all residents assigned to the unit. QUALIFICATIONS Experienced in the care of the geriatric resident as evidenced by completed courses, clinical practices, and past work experiences Must be a Nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the State. Completion of secondary education or otherwise show ability to read and write in a legible and understandable manner. Good working knowledge of State Rules and Regulations. Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents and families and to work coopera­tively with other associates. Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance. Must meet all local health regulations and pass post-employment physical exam if required. This requirement includes drug screening, criminal background investigation, and reference inquiry.
