POOL RN

Requirements: RN ACLS ICU experience x 1 year minimal Description: Manages care of critical patients; plan of care collaborating with the Unit leadership and other disciplines within the care team (i.e. completes/coordinates patient assessment, develops/monitors outcomes based on plan of care, coordinates and implements plan of care, evaluates outcomes and monitors variances). Coordinates/collaborates consultations with physicians and other disciplines to ensure quality patient care within the ICU environment. Provides hands-on care to patients based on current evidence-based best nursing practice.
