PPS Senior Trainer

This position's function is to deliver successful training programs to staff and provider implementing the IDX practice management system and Allscripts electronic medical record system. Provide training to ensure that end users can effectively use the new technology and processses. Creates, owns, and maintains the training plan and curriculum.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. Advanced training and/or experience in information systems application training preferred.
- Four or more years experience in information systems training, preferably in the health care industry; experience with medical software, billing, medical records, and/or clinical operations preferred. Stand up training experience desired.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to clearly present both technical and non technical information effectively to diverse groups of people; committed to the principles of ensuring top notch customer service; experience with physician practice procedures, operations, and information needs; working knowledge of IDX and/or Allscripts desirable.
