PRN and PerDiem Assignments for Nursing staff

 



 

We are currently looking for candidates to interview for available PRN or Per Diem positions. We are currently looking for nursing personnel such as PCT, CNA, LVN and RN. With offices growing rapidly in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio, we have opportunities in these and other future offices.

 

One of our specialties is continuous care which is one of four types of hospice care that is required to be offered in all hospice programs.  Continuous care is one on one patient care at the home or residence that addresses a crisis situation; any symptom that can be documented as needing around the clock care, such as pain control. This is true nursing care one patient at a time.

 

This has proven to be some of the most rewarding work that some of our staff have ever done. It seems to be particularly well suited to retired or semi retired nurses, those that are looking for additional income, and those who are simply “burned out” at hospitals or nursing homes. As they are only caring for one patient at a time, the work is less physically demanding than floor work. More important, they are truly making a difference for families and patients at a critical time. In addition, many hospices will not hire LVNs without prior hospice experience, so working with us can get you that experience which will help you advance in your career.

 

We also have work in other areas of healthcare, including rehab facilities, home health visits, pediatrics immunization clinics and visits as well as growing contracts with doctor and hospital networks.
