We serve people with developmental disabilities, children with emotional and behavioral challenges, and people with acquired brain injury by offering community-based, residential, in-home and out-of-home services to fit each individual's needs and preferences.   Job responsibilities will include:Ø  Supports and leads efforts related to targeted program admissions, census, revenue, expenditures, and growthØ  Ensures timeliness of all program generated documentation Ø  Provides case management guidance as needed if different than designated discipline service.Ø  Ensures successful program admissions, visits, reviews Individual Service Plans, and various external communications.Ø  Leads activities related to internal and external program presentation.Ø  Oversees participation of service consultants, students, trainees, and/or others involved with the program in a learning or service delivery role.Ø  Ensures reputation for high quality programming through positive and professional interactions with all internal and external constituents.Ø  Supports program staff in facilitating the resolution of customer satisfaction issues.Ø  Reviews program participant’s reports (evaluation, progress, and discharge) as needed for consistency and coordination of goals, to ensure quality and accurate expression of services.Ø  Participates and takes leadership roles in program development Ø  Hires and supports staff training and ensure timely completion of performance appraisals.Ø  Initiates professional and timely communications/networking with community resources and persons to assure quality program participant care for all assigned program participants.Ø  Works flexible hours.Ø  Has the ability to lift/transfer, etc.Ø  Ensures adherence to relevant California state licensure standards, program guidelines, risk management protocols, and the ethic of confidentiality. Professional Qualifications: Ø  Masters in the social service/rehabilitation field, 3 years experience working with special populations, and 1 year of supervisory experience.  ARF or GH experience preferred.   Professional Skills: Ø  Can be certified as a GH and AFR Administrator.Ø  Good organizational, teamwork, and leadership skills.Ø  General knowledge in the area of developmental disabilities and its manifestations including individual with dual developmental/mental health diagnosis Ø  General knowledge of external resources, funding types, and customer satisfaction issues. Other Requirements:Ø  Current driver’s license, car registration and auto insurance if providing transportation for individual receiving services.Ø  Current CPR/First Aid Certification for adults and children.Ø Clear TB Test and Physical exam. We also offer competitive compensation and a complete benefits package; medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401k.  EOE.  Please email resume with minimum salary requirements to: Michelle.Kersten@thementornetwork.com .
