?Provides in-home support services to clients and their families in Supported Families Program. Upon occasion, may also be assigned to provide supervised visitation in the Family Visitation Program or support to a therapeutic foster child in the Foster Care Program.
?Provides informal counseling, behavior management, and crisis stabilization services as well as client supervision, supervision of client visitations, observation and assessment.
?In addition, may implement other services indicated on the client's Individualized Service Plan, including advocacy and/or support for the client/family in contacts with schools, other agencies or service providers.
?Requires attendance at supervision and training, maintenance of paperwork, and on-call responsibilities.
