About Our FacilityHEALTHSOUTH Rehabilitation Hospital of Toms River is located at the beautiful Jersey Shore. For the past 40 years we have served the New Jersey community offering several dynamic post acute levels of care. Our diversified services include: 92 licensed inpatient rehabilitation beds, 24 licensed special care nursing facility (SCNF) beds, 13 skilled nursing facility (SNF) beds and two (2) outpatient satellites located in Toms River and Jackson, New Jersey.
