We have several locations throughout the state of Texas and we are looking for therapists all disciplines Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist,PTA’s,COTA’s,SLP’s and at our Houston location only we are looking for RT’s.

 

We have full time opportunities available along with sign on bonus for full time employment.

 

Care Inn of Sanger is a 67 bed skilled nursing facility and we are located at 600 North Stemmons Sanger TX 76266

 

Care Inn of Sequin is a 94 bed skilled nursing facility and we are located 1219 Eastwood Drive Sequin TX 78155

 

Crestview Manor is a 91 bed skilled nursing facility and we are located at 1103 Mary Jane Street Belton TX 76513

 

Mulberry Manor is a 104 bed skilled nursing facility and we are located at 1670 Lingleville Road Stephenville TX 76401

 

Retama Manor is an 88 bed skilled nursing facility and we are located at 100 Herman Drive Del Rio TX 78840

 

Southwest Regional Specialty Hospital is a 58 bed long term acute care hospital (LTACH) and we are located at 1409 9th St Lubbock TX 79401

 

Stoneybrook is a 112 bed skilled nursing facility and we are located at 2808 Stoney Brook  Drive Houston TX 77063

 

Texas Specialty is a 138 bed skilled nursing facility and we are located at 7302 Oak Manor Drive San Antonio TX 78229

 

Texas Specialty Hospital at Dallas is a 66 bed long term acute care hospital (LTACH) and we are located at 7955 Harry Hines Blvd Dallas TX 75235

 

Texas Specialty Hospital at Houston is a 59 bed long term acute care hospital (LTACH) and we are located at 6160 South Loop East Houston TX 77087
