Part Time Administrator

StoneMor Partners, LP is located just outside of Philadelphia, PA.  We have 282 locations in 29 states and are a leader in the cemetery and funeral industry.  We now have an opening at our corporate office for PART TIME Funeral Administrator at Crestwood Memorial Funeral Home.

 

Summary:

Handles the day-to-day administrative duties at the funeral home.  This includes filing, tracking, and communicating with the corporate office with all appropriate paperwork, contracts, employment packages, and payroll documents

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Responsibilities:

§ Contract processing and quality control– Check contracts to verify that all figures are correct.  Verify all cash down payments.  Transfer of information into computer Funeral Home program.

§ Banking Duties – Cash receipts entry, deposit slips, and bank deposits.  Should be sent weekly to Funeral Home Controller.

§ File Maintenance – keep customer files in accordance with State Law.  Track Receivables.

§ Contracts to be sent to Funeral Home Controller

§ Funeral Home Summary Report e-mailed Monday mornings to Funeral Home Operations.

§ Accounts Payable –Submit on a weekly basis

§ Type death certificates, burial permits and related documents on a per case basis.

§ Maintain records of all memos, e-mails, corporate policies, and programs.

§ Corporate Purchase Card Program – Submit with all back up of charges to Funeral Home Operations.

§ Inventory Logs – Submit to Funeral Home Controller.
