Part Time Customer Service Rep - Medicare

Exciting position available in our growing Medicare Call Center!

Summary
Performs a variety of functions related to and resulting in meeting or exceeding the sales goals and retention targets of SeniorChoice in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Medicare Management team and CMS.  Responsible for responding to member and prospective member inquiries regarding coverage, benefit interpretation, access to services, receiving and resolving member concerns, general member education and member retention.  Responsible for the timely and accurate communication of information in accordance with established guidelines and procedures for these activities.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred or related/equivalent experience.  Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly to both individual and group.  Computer skills, telephone skills and excellent organization skills required.  Must be able to work without direct supervision both autonomously as well as a member of a team.  Must be able to comprehend and present complex medical information in a manner that is understandable to the targeted population.  Strong/creative problem solving skills. Requires a high degree of discretion and tact in dealing with confidential information.
