As a Part Time (20 hours a week) Recruitment Specialist with Gentiva, you will:

•Analyze local job markets, forecast employment needs, develop an annual recruitment plan to support planned and current hiring activity, and ensure adherence to Company staffing objectives.

•Implement approved recruitment strategies and identify/track the cost, benefit, and effectiveness of recruitment sources and activities.

•Interface with Sales, Intake, Scheduling, and Service Delivery management and staff to ensure that current recruitment plan requirements are adhered to.

•Utilize recruitment media and attend job fairs as directed to attract qualified candidates.

•Evaluate resumes, interview candidates, and administer/review/grade pre-employment tests to ensure that candidates’ skills and abilities meet the requirements for open positions. Maintain resume files for future employment possibilities.

•Refer qualified candidates for additional interviews and ensure that interviews by RNs are conducted as appropriate. Analyze interview results, extend job offers as appropriate, and document acceptance or non-acceptance.




Qualifications

•Associate’s Degree in Nursing, Human Resources or the equivalent

•A minimum of three years clinical/healthcare recruitment-related experience generally required.

•Strong knowledge of recruitment and interviewing methods or techniques, and a basic knowledge of governmental HHA, Medicare and Medicaid regulations

•Excellent analytical and communications skills
