Part time Secretary, Denver, CO

Valley Hope is an association of healthcare facilities for the treatment of alcoholism and other drug addictions. We operate 25 residential and outpatient treatment centers in seven states, including Colorado, Kansas, Texas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Nebraska and Arizona. Valley Hope is a treatment program based on the disease concept of the 12 Steps & 12 Traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous.  We currently have an opening for a part time secretary at our Denver, Colorado Outpatient office.

 

The office offers traditional outpatient, individual and group counseling, relapse prevention, assessment/evaluation services and continuing care.  Office hours are from 8am to 10pm Monday through Friday.

Desired:

* Individual with Associates Degree in business administration or the social sciences. 

Required:

* High school diploma or GED.

* Motivated individual must possess good interpersonal skills, excellent telephone skills, and have the ability to work well in an office environment.

* Minimum of 50 wpm typing speed is required. 

* Good understanding of basic grammar and writing mechanic skills is also expected. 

* Experience with computer word processing software and spreadsheet software is helpful.

Starting salary between $8.62 and $9.05 an hour.
