Pathologists' Assistant

This is a Part-Time Pathologist Assistant Position located at our Lakeside Facility. Work hours will be 11:00am to 3:00pm. This position provides preparation, examination, dissection, and processing of tissue samples and surgical specimens to our hospital-based practice. The successful candidate will possess a strong knowledge and understanding of Human Anatomy, Pathology Principles and Gross Anatomical Pathology Practices. - Communicate effectively and pleasantly with internal and external customers; - Follow OSHA guidelines when handling specimens; - Comply with all State, Federal, professional regulations as well as department rules, policies and procedural manuals; and - Adherence to Safety and HIPAA Regulations.
