Patient Account Coordinator

We are looking for a strongly motivated person to meet and exceed company goals.  We need an outgoing individual who loves working with insurance companies and our patients.  You need to be independent, self directed, and able to identify and resolve complex issues.  Duties include answering accounts receivable phone inquires.  Working closely with insurance companies to gain knowledge of claims processing requirements.  Filing claims with the appropriate documentation to satisfy agency requirements and contacting payers for claims status, nonpayment and/or partial payment of claims.  Great customer service skills are needed in working with our patients and their accounts.  Knowledge of the medical field preferred.   Employment Opportunities
