Major healthcare organization, located in Seattle, seeks your Clinical Systems expertise with regard to Patient Accounting and Patient Access systems (specifically, Resolute / Cadence). The Epic Implementation Group is currently finishing the build and performing integration testing. Go live is later this year. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a permanent role within a good team that fosters personal growth and recognizes/rewards those who contribute.
Requirements: At least one year of clinical systems expertise in relation to patient revenue cycle and/or patient access systems implementation/support. A minimum of 6 months hand-on experience related to Cadence or Resolute (HB expertise is a big plus).
Compensation: Compensation for this role ranges from 70-90k and depends on years of experience and Epic related expertise. Potential for a substantial sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance.
Senior Epic Practice Management Analysts (Cadence/Resolute) HOUSTON
The Role:
Our client, a large Healthcare Organization in Houston, seeks to beef up their Epic Practice Management team for their post implementation optimization phase. We seek experienced Clinical Analysts with expertise in Resolute, Cadence, or MyChart. In your new role you’ll act as Senior Analyst/Mentor with regard to leadership and Epic systems optimization. Additionally, you will act as internal consultants to the various departments using Epic. This is an excellent environment in which to use your expertise. The team works well together and there exists an atmosphere of trust – no micro-management in this group. As such, the team is very selective about hiring the right people who’ll mesh well with the current team members.
Requirements
Substantial experience in implementing and/or optimizing Cadence, Resolute, or MyChart.

MyChart / Patient Portal Analyst HOUSTON
The Role:
Our client, a large Healthcare Organization in Houston, seek a Clinical Analyst with proven MyChart expertise. In your new role you’ll head up the technical aspects related to implementing a robust MyChart / Patent Portal system. This will involve implementing Clinical Messaging, family proxy accounts and online patient scheduling. Please email or call for more details.

EPIC Clinical Analysts (EMR / Ambulatory) Texas
THE JOB: Our client is seeking to immediately build a strong team of EPIC professionals to support a recent Epic EMR / Ambulatory implementation. Work will be done on-site in Texas near Houston. This is an excellent opportunity to get involved with a group that is focused on teamwork and accomplishments, rather than political red tape and egos.
REQUIREMENTS: We seek EPIC professionals who have a strong understanding of clinical workflows and proven experience implementing any of the various portions of the EPIC EMR / Ambulatory suite.
COMPENSATION: Pay is 70-95k depending on level of experience and EPIC Certifications held. Potential for relocation assistance and/or sign-on bonus.
