Patient Counselor/Sales

Clearly Lasik is considered among the top leaders for Laser Vision Correction in North America.  Our Center's are Physician owned and operated making our total focus on the patients individual needs.  If you have always wanted to help people and are interested in the exciting world of Laser Vision Correction we may have the job for you!  We are looking for compassionate and caring individuals that can help counsel patients through the difficult decisions of making the right choices for the vision needs. 

Below is a detailed list of the variety of objectives you and your team will accomplish in the overall goal of patient satisfaction and creating a fun place to work. 

Positions Specifications:Excellent organization and communication skills. Pleasant telephone manner and professional demeanor. Strong interpersonal organizational and time-management skills. Ethical sales techniques. The ability to work as a Team player.

· Responsible for a positive, friendly experience while providing accurate information to patients.

· Ability to learn and communicate information on technology, procedure and financing options

· Must possess a blend of salesmanship and empathy.  Because LASIK is a competitive field, sales experience are a requirement of this position.  You must feel comfortable and confident representing our services.

· Responsible for patient scheduling to ensure they recieve the care they need.

· Must maintain full knowledge of competitors and technology

· Responsible for handling all financing, monies handeling, and processing.

· Answer any questions or concerns that the patient may have about the practice.

· Provide accurate feedback on patient concerns and questions.

· Assist with all marketing projects and other projects as required by the Center Director.

· Clearly Lasik direct markets to patients to provide educational information, you must feel comfortable speaking in public.

·Flexible schedule is a must, as this is a medical field and the hours, though reasonable, may vary. 

·Ability to travel.  This position can offer an opportunity for you to travel to new places, to learn, work, and gain experiences you can take with you anywhere!
