Patient Retention Representative

We are currently seeking to fill openings for a Retention Representative.

 

Hours: 11:00am-8:00pm / Monday – Friday (full-time)

 

Retention Representative - Responsibilities include contacting patients who are interested in utilizing another company for their diabetic needs, or have already moved to utilizing another company.

 

Applicants should be dependable team players with the following skills:

 1-3 years healthcare billing and/or retention experience.Empathetic personality with ability to overcome objections.Familiarity with Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel. Previous call center experience a strong plusExperience with durable medical equipment a plusAbility to work Monday through Friday 11am - 8pm

 

Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or G.E.D., previous health care or call center experience, good organizational skills with ability to multi-task, strong verbal and written communication skills, and be dependable.  Candidates must also have proficient computer skills and be able to communicate effectively, prioritize, trouble shoot, and problem solve.
