POSITION OVERVIEW
This is a full time position; the ideal candidate will be working in a new medical office and will be required to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to multi-task, and must have proficient computer skills.

JOB / DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedules appointments Meets and greets patients Performs initial screening of patients via telephone Obtains necessary insurance and clinical information prior to patients appointment Maintains patient logs Phone reception Ensures all appropriate paperwork has been completed Any additional clerical duties that may be needed
