Job Description:
Under the direction of the Director of Patient Financial Services, this position is responsible for supervising all staff and functions related to the cash application process, patient credit balance resolution and the scanning of all payment batches and the EOB’s. This includes the timely and accurate posting of daily cash payments, adjustments, allowances and the reconciliation of daily deposits for all clients of Caritas Physician Network.

Qualifications:
Associates Degree preferred. 3 years experience in Payment Posting, Reimbursement or Third Party Payor work, or related health care field. A minimum of two years of management experience. Intermediate or Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word required. Detailed knowledge of CPT-4, HCPCS, revenue codes and ICD-9 coding. Prior experience with IDX preferred.
