Responsibilities:

 Enter payroll weekly for over 150+ employees using ADP windows.Process and update new hire & termination paperwork.Assist with benefits administration for new hires & terminations, when  necessaryCreate and generate Payroll reports in Reportsmith (ADP).Respond to employee inquiries and disputes regarding Benefits & PayrollWeekly correspondence for new hires, changes, transfers.Issue manual checks when necessaryRespond to unemployment inquiriesProvide billing information to remote office locationsCompile payroll data such as garnishments, insurance and 401k deductions

 Requirements:

 2-3 years of Payroll experience in a medium to large sized corporationProficiency in using ADP Experience using Outlook and Word.Multi-tasker capable of handling stressful situations.
