Payroll/Kronos Analyst

The Payroll/Kronos Analyst will help coordinate the delivery of training, password/login and equipment to new locations and users, proactive follow up with locations that are not ?Live? on Kronos and establish a ?Go live? date. Deliver impromptu training on the functionality within the Kronos Application to field end users or corporate support staff. Be able to respond to the question s of the field users or corporate/ regional staff resolving any outstanding issues. Provide necessary supplies to the field.Responsibilities Troubleshoot and respond to issues or inquires related to configurations, reports, security and team member data. Produce Audit and History punch detail reports upon request. Review punch error report for the workforce Kronos system and make necessary corrections. Pull Kronos times for Payroll processing and interface with ADP, escalate any issues that may impact the payroll processing schedule. Run and import all interfaces as needed. Ensure all automated or manual processes are running and updating Kronos correctly. Track and handle all application, field issues or problems through to resolution. Assist other Payroll Team member with 3rd tier questions from ADP. Review audit reports for duplicate payment to salary employee or terminated employees. Requirements Entry level understanding of HR/Payroll policies and procedures. Basic understanding of Genies, reports, times editor, people editor, history and accruals.
