The Alliance Imaging corporate office is currently located in Anaheim, but will be relocating to Newport Beach effective July 2008.

1. Responsible for processing payroll for our West Region (500-750 Team Members). Processing involves running miscellaneous audit reports, completing edits, corresponding with managers, processing retros and other miscellaneous pay entries.
2. Balances payroll when received from payroll vendor (ADP). Verifies PTO (paid time off balances (i.e., vacation/sick, floating holiday) are accurate. Verifies variety of changes (i.e., W-4, pay rate address, direct deposit, etc).
3. Audits new hire information keyed in by HR department.
4. Enters Federal and State tax information into the HRIS ADP Enterprise System.
5. Enters direct deposit information into the HRIS ADP Enterprise System.
6. Assist new hires in registering for IPay (online access to pay statements).
7. Provides superior customer service in answering payroll questions from Team Members.
8. Knowledge and enforcement of Alliance pay practices and policies
9. Provides assistance to Payroll Lead/Supervisor as necessary.
10. Provides scheduled reports (reportsmith) as directed (weekly, monthly, annual, etc.)
11. Provides assistant to Manager on special projects.

Candidate should have 3 years prior processing experience with a multi-state payroll and must be familiar with Kronos Workforce Central, 10 key by touch, excel and word. Familiarity with ADP’s Enterprise System a plus. Candidate should be detail oriented, a self starter and most importantly a Team Player.
