 Job Function:

· General system support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft Financials modules and Hyperion Financial Management.

· Perform and maintain month-end processes including PeopleSoft sub-ledger interfaces and closing periods.

· Maintain PeopleSoft Projects module for updates and provide project reports to departments utilizing projects.

· Maintain tree structures in PeopleSoft Financials.

· Maintain workflow process in PeopleSoft related to eProcurement and Purchasing modules.

· Coordinate and implement monthly maintenance, updates to the PeopleSoft and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) chart of accounts, organization structures, logic files, queries and reports as required.

· Coordinate testing of upgrades and patches for PeopleSoft Financials and Hyperion Financial Management

· Create and maintain user security in Hyperion Financial Management, PeopleSoft HRMS, PeopleSoft Financials, and PeopleSoft Portal.

· Maintain repository for Information Security data of all company users with access to systems, servers, databases and applications deemed critically sensitive and assign user access update tasks to individual security administrators.

· Load data to HFM daily from PeopleSoft Financials and as needed during monthly close.

· Maintain the Hyperion Application Link processes used to translate data between HFM and PeopleSoft and between HFM applications.

· Responsible for resolving all PeopleSoft and HFM issues that are called into company’s internal solutions desk.

· Support and train end users.

· Document all new users to PeopleSoft databases and notify users of changes to their profiles.

 Required Skills, Experience, and Education

· 3 to 6 years Financial Systems support experience

· Strong PeopleSoft Financials functional experience

· Hyperion Financial Management experience preferred

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Assimilate complex, detailed information from multiple sources to validate criteria

· 4-year Accounting/Finance degree or equivalent required
