JOB DETAILS: Scheduled hours per week: contingent, Begin and end Times: VARIES 7AM TO 7 PM; Days of work: m-f and occasiona weekends and holidays SUMMARY: Performs patient care by assessing the patient's physical and functional abilities. Based on problems determined, the physical therapist establishes and carries out a plan of care which includes patient/family instruction, discharge planning, documentation on the medical record, and communication with the physicians and other medical staff. This position helps patients to achieve their maximum level of physical functioning. Clinical instructor for students, and actively participates in department functions. REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEB.S. in Physical Therapy. Licensed in the state of Ohio. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGEBasic computer skills. CPR certification. KIND and LENGTH of EXPERIENCEEntry level new graduate, if facility has at least one veteran Physical Therapist to mentor, otherwise, at least one year of clinical experience.
