Located throughout the Charlotte, NC area, Carolinas HealthCare System (CHS) is a premier, multi-faceted healthcare organization whose facilities make up one of the largest integrated healthcare systems in the United States.
Due to tremendous growth and expansion, exceptional Director and Specialist opportunities are available in our new Performance Center department within our CHS Management Company. Providing specialized facilitation support to System-level and specialized facility performance improvement initiatives, these positions collaborate with the leaders of our CHS Management Company, Quality Management, Regulatory Compliance, Patient Safety, Risk Prevention and Patient Safety Academy leaders in order to achieve both facility and System quality goals.
Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business or Process Management. Requires experience and/or certification in process management (PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma). Master's degree or certification in a clinical healthcare field preferred. Director level positions require a minimum of three years of process management experience.
