Performance / Management Engineer

Join a dynamic, progressive west-coast health care company that is building a performance engineering department from the ground up! The goals of the department are to be the architects of labor management systems and to lead out in significant organizational change initiatives. You will be a part of a team of skilled process experts working to provide consultation and support to multiple facilities' efforts to improve quality, streamline operational performance, and enhance service and satisfaction. You will play

a leading role in operations, process, and productivity improvement by functioning as an analyst, facilitator, consultant, and/or project manager as required for the facilities in your region.

 

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to drive process change and design & implement innovative solutions to problems. You must be results oriented and able to lead and work in a changing, multi-project work environment.

 

Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred, in health science/management, business, industrial engineering or organizational change.
Five years experience in healthcare management, healthcare consulting or process improvement role with a strong operational improvement background.
Previous consulting experience highly desirable 
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills a must
Project management / multi-tasking experience
