Job Description:
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a Personnel Assistant in St. Louis, Missouri. The Primary Responsibilities will include:Assists with payroll by collecting timesheets and forwarding them to the payroll department and follows up with any discrepancies, corrections, or adjustments, as needed and assignedManages routine office processes to include, but not limited to, answering phones, employee call-in, scheduling, collecting credentials updates, communication with central office personnel and military personnel, office security, and employee mailings
Assists Employment Specialists and Recruiters with networking of qualified medical support staff to work in client clinic locations
Assists with scheduling and coordinating interviews or site visits with providers and medical support staffConducts salary surveys, as requested, to determine market rates for positions in specified departmentsWorks on various administrative tasks such as filing, writing correspondence, and special projects, as needed and assignedResearches topics, as needed and assignedOpens and distributes correspondence, as well as periodically preparing and editing correspondence, to include, but not limited to, mail, FedEx, and UPS shipments
Job Requirements:
The Position of Personnel Assistant has the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree or some college coursework preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in various computer applications, e.g. word processing, excel spreadsheet, e-mail, database management and presentation software (to include spreadsheets, databases, slides, tables, graphs, and organizational charts)Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage a large workload within tight deadlinesSuperior organizational skillsFamiliarity with modern office equipment, e.g. facsimile, copier, FedEx machine, telephones, etc.
