Pharmacist - IV Infusion Therapy

OSF Home Care in Peoria, IL is looking for a pharmacist looking for a challenging new career. 

Our pharmacists provides clinical pharmacy management for home infusion therapy patients.  They pperforms initial and on-going patient assessments and interpret prescriptions and physicians’ orders.  They are responsible for all aspects of intravenous admixture and product distribution functions, by either performing personally or by appropriate direction and supervision of pharmacy technicians.  This is a full time week day position with an hourly rate and call pay for on call rotation with other pharmacists.
