Pharmacist -per diem*

Eden Medical Center is a 387-bed, not-for-profit medical center with approximately 2000 employees at our two campuses. The Eden Campus in scenic Castro Valley includes Eden Medical Center, Laurel Grove Acute Rehabilitation Hospital and Baywood Court Skilled Nursing Facility. The San Leandro campus includes San Leandro Hospital. Eden is home to the regional Level II Trauma Center for Southern Alameda County, the Sutter East Bay Neuroscience Center, adult psychiatry, a wide range of rehabilitation services, a complete Birthing Center, Community Cancer Center, advanced imaging services and complete surgical and acute-care services.Through our affiliation with Sutter Health, Eden Medical Center is part of a large network of not-for-profit hospitals and care centers in Northern California and is linked to nearly 30 acute care hospitals and 4,000 physicians throughout the region. Together, we’re working to improve the health of our communities.Involved in all aspects of the preparation and distribution of drugs icluding screening drug orders for appropriateness, physical and therapeutic incompatabilities and allergies.   This position provides coverage for sick and vacation calls.  May require night coverage. Graduation from accredited school of Pharmacy, Pharm.D.  Acute care experience preferred.
