Job Description:Coordinates hiring programs for all personnell  Must be available to drive to different locations Responsible for direct reports and accurate, timely and proficientdocumentation. Assists with the administration of Agency standards, philosophy and policies.

Compensation/Benefits:$5,000 sign on bonus for full time Generous vacation time Holidays - 6 days Personal - 7 days Sick - 10 days Pension contribution -  5% of salary after one year of service Tuition Assistance after 1 mo. -  pay up to 6 credits per semester Aetna Health Insurance.

Requirements:Bachelor’s of Science Degree,home care experience preferred Prefer BSN with hiring experience Minimum of three yearrelated  experience
