Job DescriptionLeads, manages and supports the department’s clinical/cognitive pharmaceutical care services by: Implementing programs to ensure safe and cost effective use of drugs Providing clinical consultative services and drug information to health care providers and students Assessing/reviewing the clinical activities of the staff/clinical pharmacists and students Providing oversight to the “formulary managementâ€� functions which are under the aeqis of the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee Collecting and assessing documentation of clinical service effectiveness to assist in developing new or expanded clinical service programs 
QualificationsDoctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited school or college of pharmacy. Preference given to candidates who have completed a pharmacy practice residency in critical care Pharmacist licensure or eligibility for licensure by reciprocity or examination

HCA matches fifty percent of the first three percent you contribute. Paid Time Off (PTO) - This program pays you when you are away from work for vacations, holidays, short-term illness and unexpected absences. As a new full-time employee you accumulate twenty-three days of PTO time a year; part-time employees who work at least twenty hours a week receive eight days a year.Extended Illness Bank (EIB) - As a full-time employee you accumulate six days of EIB a year for use if you are unable to work because of an extended medical condition. (EIB pay begins after an employee misses three consecutive days of work.)Job Transfers - If you transfer to another Richmond Market facility and keep your current job status, you will also keep your benefits and seniority.Bereavement Leave - Full-time employees may receive up to three days off with pay for a death in the immediate family.Employee Activities - Special activities and events are scheduled throughout the year for employees. Included are free meals on selected holidays, recognition programs and service awards.Jury Duty - If you are called to jury duty on a scheduled work day, you will be paid for your time away from work.Tuition Assistance - For approved courses, $3,000 per year is available for full-time employees. $2,500 per year is available for part-time employees who work at least twenty hours a week.Other Benefits - These include discounts on purchases in the cafeteria. We also offer direct deposit, credit union membership, child care discounts, a scholarship program and a student loan program.
