Pharmacy IS Specialist

We currently have opportunities for pharmacy IS specialists who are looking to springboard into a new, stronger position, that will utilize your combined knowledge of pharmacy and IS.  A well-known client of ours in the Upper Midwest has several key roles open on the Cerner team.  The organization is a leading provider of care in the area, with a strong commitment to technology. The team is currently working with the Cerner Millennium application, and there will be additional projects on the table. You will find that it has much more room for growth and development than the average healthcare facility. Who are they searching for? Career-minded people, preferable with a background in pharmacy. You will be expected to take the lead role at times on various projects, so some project leadership or coordination is definitely a plus. In particular, they have needs surrounding these projects:  Formulary build and maintenance Support for the PharmNet module Deployment of the electronic MAR Barcoding initiatives  In addition, the organization has an immediate need for a Clinical Applications Project Manager to lead such projects throughout the department.
