Description: The Pharmacist in Charge oversees the preparation of pharmaceutical and admixtures using state of the art facilities. Assist the physician and internal nursing staff involved in planning and implementing patient care at the home. Monitors the outcome of therapies and actively participates in quality assurance activities.

BS in Pharmacy and a Registered Pharmacist License in state of employment required. A Pharm. D. is preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of two years recent experience in acute care setting or one year in IV therapies. Must have proven record of evaluating and monitoring drug therapies for home care patients.
